It’s a long time coming

Here we go. I am creating this site to share my love of cooking. My friends think I should write a cookbook, not sure if I am ready for that yet. So I am developing a grouping of recipes to share from my rich cultural background. Father 100% Sicilian, mother from Texas. Sunday dinners at my dad’s family’s house consisted of everything from blue crab to pasta and gravy. Mom’s country cooking involved delicious cobblers and corn fritters. Can’t wait to share my true passion for food, friends and family with you.
